Giving Back to Our Communities

We are committed to improving the health and well-being of people in the communities in which we live in work. Teva believes that investing in communities is not merely a choice, but our responsibility. We give back to our communities through:

Volunteering. We partner with independent non-profit organizations that promote patient health. Through Teva Gives—our platform to support employee volunteering and giving back to our local communities—employees can find Teva-organized activities, record volunteering hours, measure their impact and see how colleagues are making a difference

Donations. Teva’s Donations Policy and Procedures outlines our standards for making consistent and impactful donations for legitimate scientific, educational or philanthropic purposes. It guides Teva’s decision-making and administration of donations, ensuring alignment with our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy and values. We have a Donations Policy training for all Teva employees, and we are launching an online platform to consolidate all grantmaking and assess our impact. We also donate medicines to people in need across the globe, including in response to emergencies and crises, as well as to address health challenges among vulnerable populations.
