Prevention of Corruption

Teva's Code of Conduct outlines the high ethical standards Teva expects from its directors, officers, and employees. The Code also directs that Teva's directors, officers, and employees are to act in compliance with all laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other applicable local laws.

Teva expects these same high standards of conduct from all third parties that act on Teva’s behalf.

The Global Prevention of Corruption Policy presented here is intended to supplement Teva’s Code of Conduct. This Policy outlines the global minimum standards required to ensure that Teva’s activities are conducted ethically and with full integrity.

Teva provides global training for all employees and directors worldwide to support its Global Prevention of Corruption Policy.
