Keren is the Senior Vice President of M&A and Transaction Analytics, and an important member of Teva’s Global Business Development & Strategy team. Her impressive professional record and years of experience in mergers and acquisitions bring a unique combination of strategic thinking, openness to different views, flexibility and extremely good interpersonal communication skills to every interaction she is involved in.
Keren joined Teva 11 years ago as a student of chemistry and economics, and shortly after working in the company as an analyst. Today Keren is responsible for mergers and acquisitions involving tens of billions of dollars. She revealed her recipe for developing a successful career at the company: "I chose to work at Teva because I wanted to join a leading company that would allow me to develop, learn and grow as a professional. I made progress thanks to a lot of motivation, hard work and desire to succeed". Keren notes the significant contribution, mentoring and support from leaders who have pushed her to develop her career, skills and knowledge even further through advancement opportunities.
