Gabrielle Sulzberger joined Teva’s Board of Directors in September 2015, serving as a statutory independent director under Israeli law.
Ms. Sulzberger has served as General Partner and Investment Manager of Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, L.P., a diversified investment fund, since its inception in October 2005.
Ms. Sulzberger has served on the board of directors of Whole Foods Market, Inc. since 2003, where she chairs the audit committee, and on the board of directors of Brixmor Property Group since 2015. Ms. Sulzberger served on the board of directors of Stage Stores, Inc. from 2010 to 2015. She has also served as chief financial officer of several privately owned companies and as a principal in several private equity capital funds. Ms. Sulzberger received a B.A. in urban studies from Princeton University in 1981, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, both in 1987.Ms. Sulzberger’s entrepreneurial background, years of service as a public company director, including as chair of the audit committee, and her experience as a chief financial officer provides the Company with financial, leadership, strategy and risk assessment expertise.
